Visit to the dentist

Well what a waste of time that was. I've just been to the dentist and he told me to put hot and cold cloths on my ear, as if I didn't already know that. Otherwise if the earache doesn't go away I can go back and see him again and he'll refer me to a private clinic where I can pay an arm and a leg for them to put a plate in my mouth but I'm not sure what good that would do. Anyway, while I was waiting to see the dentist I met a nice woman from the south of Spain who explained to me the word odontòleg which means dentist in Catalan.
